Hey Ella, from @studiosnoh!

Tell us a little bit about you!

Hey! My name is Ella! I’m originally from Milton Keynes and moved to Ipswich after getting married.

I trained with The Gel Bottle and started my career as a nail tech in 2022.

I am also opening my course platform at the end of the year with @studioeducate!

How did you get into nails?

My passion for design started further back than I can remember!

My dad was an artist in his earlier years and later influenced me with his skills in design which lead me to become a graphic designer.

This aided me a lot with my marketing and social media content.

I remember getting my nails done back in Milton Keynes with Alex (The Hot Blend) and being in awe of her skill and wall of what seemed like every colour imaginable!

I remember saying to her maybe one day I’ll have a space like this… Fast forward 3 years and I have a waitlist of nail clients and I’m opening an academy to build confidence beginners and pros everywhere!

What’s your fave thing about The Nail Tech Org?

The community!

The positive attitude of Amy and the community in NTO is amazing, despite being so busy she always responds and I feel the personal support of her on my educator journey!

The work they’ve done to empower us nail techs to charge our worth is amazing!

What’s your favourite course you’ve done with us?

The Educator Elevation!!

This course is still underway and I’m so happy with the feedback I’ve received and the sheer amount of detail included to make the learning journey for my students the best possible!!

What are your favourite kind of nails to do?

I love all things bright, a colourful micro French, a mix and match set, or a clean crisp cuff

Tell us about a holy grail product in your kit.

This one’s HARD!

There’s so many key parts of my manicure. It would have to be linked to prep, without a great foundation no product will look and work well on the nail plate.

My holy grail product is: the flame drill bit, mixed with other steps this product enables me to open up the cuticle pocket and create a clean and crisp manicure every time!
