Let us introduce you to our member of the month for February 2025…

Hey Chetna, from @nailsbychet!

Tell us a little bit about you!

I’m a mom first to my 22yr old son, we are literally best friends!

I’m a professional Make Up and Nail Artist with over 20 years industry and freelance experience. I’ve worked as a successful Business Manager for brands such as Dior, Clinique, Bobbi Brown, NYX and Illamasqua. 

I won Professional Make Up Artist of the Year at Midlands Fashion Awards in 2019. 

I am also a trained Level 3 Beauty Therapist, Tutor, Assessor and IQA. 

How did you get into nails?

I love creative freedom and so make up and nails was the perfect fit for me.

To see the confidence that clients feel when they get their nails done, you can’t beat that feeling!

The joy it brings to them, the self love they feel in that moment is amazing to be a part of. 

What’s your fave thing about The Nail Tech Org?

The Team behind it!

You’ve made it not just a community, but a family.

It’s so nice to know you are not alone!

The support NTO offers is just incredible!

I love learning, like I’m literally obsessed with it.

And so if I ever feel stuck or feel like I need inspiration or help with something I know I’ll find it on the NTO platform. 

What’s your favourite course you’ve done with us?

I really enjoyed the Money Management course as it really helped me pick apart my business and understand it on a deeper level.

Also Chloe did something on creating Vision boards and I can’t stop creating them now!

And the best part, I am actually achieving what is on them! Thanks Chloe!

What are your favourite kind of nails to do?

Has to be Biab with nail art.

I love seeing results from the Biab.

I have a client who has the most perfect nails when biab is applied! And she always has nail art, winner! 

Tell us about a holy grail product in your kit.

100% has to be Navy cuticle balm.

The physical results I have seen not just on myself but on my clients who use this every night is amazing! 

Who is your dream client?

I would love to do Chappel Roan’s nails, I love her Make Up aesthetic, she’s so creative with her looks!
