Hello @isamaranailss !

Tell us a little bit about how you got into nails.

Back in 2020 December is when I started having a play with gel polish. I started out by doing my own nails and then family members, as I’ve always loved art and doing my own nails. I then started my Instagram page with press on nails which allowed me to practice my nail art skills.

In April 2021 I finally became qualified and I’ve just kept going ever since. I now do hard gel extensions and BIAB treatments.

What’s your fave thing about The Nail Tech Org?

I must honestly say my favourite thing from the nail tech org is the how the community is made up of all different level nail techs.

The nail industry is such a scary industry when you’re just starting out. The support and knowledge needed to thrive in this industry is exactly what you get from NTO.

What’s your favourite course?

I have two. Firstly, the tortie design tutorial by Suzanne! I used to hate the thought of doing torties and now I’m obsessed and can’t stop doing them!

Secondly, the live session we had with Anna from the @socialistauk was amazing. It gave me a whole new level of confidence and I’m so grateful for that.

What are your favourite kind of nails to do?

I love to do all kinds of nails, but I’m a sucker for nail art. If I could have nail art on all sets I would, I really enjoy creating stunning sets.

Tell us about a holy grail product in your kit.

I cannot live without my Glossify’s Naturabuilds, they are just amazing.

If you could sum up The Nail Tech Org in just 3 words, what would they be?

If I was to describe NTO in just three words it would be, supportive, inclusive and empowering.
