Month One
On 1st of the month, once you have been welcomed into the experience by your dedicated educator, your nail journey will begin with a series of in-depth, online training modules, videos & guides. Each section is designed to every last detail, to prepare you for every eventuality you will face as a nail technician, and then some.
Over the 4 week period of your enrolment month, a new module will be uploaded to your personal online portal; one module per week. With your educator on hand to reach for guidance if needed, you will complete each module in your own time, and conclude with an assignment at the end of each week. This 4 week, educational journey will provide you with the foundations you need as the successful nail technician you are growing to be.
Month Two
Your VIP face-to-face practical day is a personalised experience, which will bring to life your industry knowledge so far and truly ignite your fire, as you receive your professional nail kit with all the added NTO extras, and get to meet you educator with one other training nail tech – ready made nail bestie!!
Throughout this day, you will observe practical demonstrations, before you will work on each other to create your first set of nails – a magical moment.
You will then complete your business plan, set your goals, create a social strategy & put all the steps in place to begin the booming nail business you’ve always dreamed of
You will also gain access to practical videos with application, removal and technique top tips within your online learning portal so that you can really solidify your knowledge and refer back to whenever you feel that you need a refresher.
Month Three
Now you’re packed with knowledge, inspiration and excitement, you will spend the following month building on the skills and techniques which you have learned, practicing at all opportunities, learning from every mistake and using each one to shape the nail technician that you are about to become.
Four of these practice sets will become your case studies, which you will submit to your online portal for feedback from your educator. This will be followed by one final assessment exam that will lead you to graduate from the experience as a successful nail business, with that accredited certificate in your very hands.
