If you change your mind for any reason, you may cancel your course within 14 days of booking for a full refund.
However, if the course includes any of our exclusive physical items such as course bibles, kits or boxes, and these have already been dispatched, then your course cannot be cancelled and we cannot provide a refund.
After the 14 days has passed, under no circumstances can a refund be provided for any courses purchased or payments made, or a course cancellation be completed. If you have opted to pay for your course via split payments, once the 14 days has passed you are liable to ensure all repayments are made.
