LET US SOLVE ALL OF YOUR PROBLEMS
Are accommodation, flights and transfers included?
No, accommodation, flights and transfers are not included. We wanted to make this retreat accessible and put the focus on high level training and immersions to take your business to the next level. You will be responsible for booking your own flights, accommodation and travel arrangements to the trainings and welcome meal. You will need to arrive in Dubai at the very latest Sunday afternoon, in time for the arrival dinner and arrange 4-5 nights of accommodation – your final night accommodation is included, within your luxury desert experience. Dubai has plenty of hotels to suit all budgets.
Where will I leave my luggage for the overnight luxury desert safari experience?
Most hotels have absolutely no problem in holding luggage for their guests for one day. You will be responsible for checking this with your chosen hotel. Alternatively, you may wish to keep your room as pickup for the experience is at 4pm.
Will you be able to cater to my dietary requirements?
Yes, please let us know when you check out and we will let our suppliers know.
Is the retreat inclusive and accessible to all?
Yes – we have ensured that it is accessible for all. If you have any special requirements, please let us know and we will be more than happy to accommodate.
Will I know beforehand who else is in the group?
Yes – we will create a private group where you can ‘meet’ each other, buddy up for travel and start making friends!
